• No monthly charge for the first month if you send less than 2,000 emails that month!
• Setup fee: $30; fully refundable within the first 30 days if you cancel the service.
• Custom email template to match your website appearance: cost depends on complexity - typically $45.
• Non-profit 501(c)(3) discount: 20%.
• Incremental cost: additional 1,000 emails/day: $5/month.
• ^* Maximum of two email campaigns per day.
• Image hosting on our server: up to 200kb at no charge.
• Monthly or longer service contracts.
• Most existing mailing lists are easily imported into DirectionalMail^TM as part of the standard setup. We can provide custom quotes for converting complicated lists. If you have information in printed form, we can even have the information data-entered for you!

Legal stuff

If you violate our Terms of Service, Directional Mail^TM reserves the right to terminate your account immediately. Either you or Directional Mail^TM may terminate your account with 30 days' notice. A full refund of any outstanding account balance will be refunded upon termination.

Directional Mail^TM provides state-of-the-art campaign management, statistical reporting and email tracking. We do our utmost to ensure that you receive top-notch support and email delivery. However, in the unlikely event of non-performance (e.g., if your emails are delayed or are not delivered), our liability will be limited to a full refund of any outstanding account balance upon account cancellation.
